By using zariyaadvisory.com or Zariya's related advisory and referral services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are intended for adults capable of entering into these Terms.

Zariya provides senior living information, matching, referral, and advisory assistance. Zariya does not own, operate, manage, control, or provide the care delivered by the independently operated senior living communities it may introduce you to.

Zariya's information and guidance are provided for senior living search and referral purposes. They are not a substitute for medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, insurance advice, or government-benefit eligibility determinations. Decisions concerning care or medical needs should be made with appropriate licensed professionals.

Zariya is not an emergency service. For an immediate medical or safety emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

Pricing, availability, staffing, care capabilities, amenities, licensing information, and other residence information can change. Zariya may rely on information from provider communications, public listings, and other sources. You must independently verify current licensing, care capabilities, pricing, availability, and suitability directly with the provider before making a placement decision or signing any agreement. Zariya does not guarantee availability, pricing, suitability, licensing status, quality, or outcomes.

For California Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), Zariya intends to refer or recommend only facilities that are appropriately licensed or exempt from licensure under applicable law. Zariya does not intend to recommend placement in a facility when information available to Zariya indicates that the individual's condition cannot be cared for within the limits of that facility's license or requires inpatient care in a health facility.

This describes Zariya's referral intent and practice. It is not a guarantee that Zariya independently audits or verifies every aspect of a facility's regulatory status, and it does not replace the independent verification described above.

Matches and recommendations are informational starting points based on the information available to Zariya and the preferences you provide. They are not guarantees that a residence is appropriate for a person's medical, clinical, financial, or legal needs.

Zariya may receive a referral or placement fee from certain senior living providers if a person introduced or referred through Zariya becomes a resident. Compensation arrangements are between Zariya and the applicable provider unless separately disclosed to the family. See our Senior Living Referral & Compensation Disclosure.

You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate, and not to submit unnecessary highly sensitive information. If you enter information about another person, you represent that you have authority or a lawful basis to provide it.

Submitting a match or advisor request permits Zariya to contact you regarding that specific request through the contact details and method you selected.

Zariya is not responsible for independent providers' websites, privacy practices, contracts, acts, omissions, or care.

Website content, branding, software, and other original materials belong to Zariya or applicable licensors and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative or system functions
• Scrape or harvest content from the Services at an unreasonable scale
• Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the security of the Services
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Knowingly submit false information

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Information on the Services may contain inaccuracies or become outdated, and Zariya makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zariya will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
