Senior Living Referral & Compensation Disclosure

• Zariya is an independent senior living advisory and referral service.
• Zariya does not own, operate, license, manage, or provide care at the senior living communities displayed or recommended.
• Some senior living providers enter referral or marketing agreements with Zariya.
• Zariya may receive a referral or placement fee from a provider when an individual referred through Zariya becomes a resident.
• Not every provider pays Zariya, and not every provider in a geographic market is necessarily included in Zariya's database or recommendations.
• Provider pricing, care levels, services, amenities, availability, policies, and licensing information may change and should be verified directly with the provider.
• Zariya does not determine Medi-Cal, VA, insurance, or other benefit eligibility, and does not guarantee that a provider accepts or participates in a particular funding program.
• A family's contract for housing or care is with the provider, not Zariya.
• Families remain responsible for evaluating the provider and making the final placement decision.

For California Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), Zariya intends to refer or recommend only facilities that are appropriately licensed or exempt from licensure under applicable law. Zariya does not intend to recommend placement in a facility when information available to Zariya indicates that the individual's condition cannot be cared for within the limits of that facility's license or requires inpatient care in a health facility.

This describes Zariya's referral intent and practice, not a guarantee that Zariya independently audits or verifies every aspect of a facility's regulatory status. Families should still independently verify current licensing, care capabilities, pricing, availability, and suitability directly with the provider before placement.
