This Privacy Policy describes how Zariya Senior Living Advisor (“Zariya,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through zariyaadvisory.com and related senior living advisory and referral services (together, the “Services”). It applies to visitors, families, and individuals who use Zariya's matching questionnaire, submit a match or advisor request, or otherwise interact with the Services.

• Memory-care or other care needs you voluntarily provide

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card information, complete medical records, insurance ID numbers, passwords, or other information that isn't necessary for Zariya to assist you.

Advisor request information

• Requested appointment date and time
• The person being cared for
• Notes you provide
• Communities you've selected or expressed interest in

Technical information

The hosting, security, and database providers that operate and protect the Services may process technical information in the ordinary course, such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps, and security logs.

Browser storage

Zariya may use browser or session storage on your device to preserve questionnaire answers, shortlist information, or advisor hand-off context during a browsing session. Zariya does not use this storage, or any other mechanism, for advertising cookies.

Information may be disclosed in the following ways:

To senior living providers

When requested or reasonably necessary to facilitate an introduction, tour, referral, availability inquiry, or placement. We aim to share only information reasonably relevant to that interaction.

To service providers

Vendors that help operate Zariya, including hosting, cloud/database/storage, security, communications, and other professional-service providers.

For legal and safety purposes

Where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate fraud, or respond to valid legal process.

Business transactions

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law.

Zariya may receive referral or placement compensation from certain senior living providers. See our Senior Living Referral & Compensation Disclosure for more information.

Zariya does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not operate an advertising-data business.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for providing the requested service, maintaining placement and referral and business records, legal, accounting, or compliance requirements, resolving disputes, and fraud or security prevention. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

Zariya uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including authenticated administrative access and access controls. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed in a manner inconsistent with this policy.

• Delete that information, subject to legal or operational retention requirements

Zariya does not currently use the public website to track visitors across unaffiliated websites for targeted advertising. Because Zariya does not currently engage in that form of tracking, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not otherwise change the site's behavior. If our tracking practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated.

If you provide personal information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information or otherwise have a lawful basis to do so.

Zariya is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Zariya does not knowingly solicit information directly from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice.
